Is the mm900hds better than the nc900hdc for celery? what’s the difference between models? thanks!

The MM900HDS is the same size as the J8006 Series, but has the additional celery attachment. The MM900HDS will extract more juice from celery than the J8006 Series. The NC Series is a bit larger, has a larger opening, and is a bit more efficient. Celery with the NC Series is better than the J8006 Series. But, about the same with the MM Series.

What fruits work best in this juicer?

I only use juicer for carrots, celery and lemons. Works great for lemons......sorry not more helpful!

How is this with other greens? kale. spinach etc. great? or waste of produce like some other juicers. also what is clean up like? easy or...?

This juicer is so fast and easy to clean. The only part that takes a few extra seconds is the screen that you scrub with the brush. The brush comes with the machine. It looks like a toothbrush. Every other piece just rinses clean with no effort. There are no crevices to clean And nothing sticks to it

How does this work with carrots or beets? How small do you need to cut the pieces?

You only need to cut items enough to fit into the opening. Most carrots will fit without cutting. Most beets might only need to be cut twice to be small enough.
