Is the turntable sturdy?

It was a Christmas gift & I haven’t heard any negative feedback, just the person who received it is delighted with it

i have noticed that my cake leveller wires are loose, i’m sure it’s supposed to come straight, is there a manufacturer issue with my one?

Mine came loose but I bought a cake leveller from a shop and the wires are suppose to be straight
