These are not a good fit for grommet style curtains. The diameter is too small and will slide through the grommets. However, if you are a crafty person or have kids that do crafts with toilet paper rolls, these are a thousand times better - thick and sturdy! Both comparisons in the video attached.

I purchased these to store fairy lights after Christmas. They were great for sets using 2 AAA batteries but had to modify 2 tubes for strands requiring 3 AA batteries.

These craft paper rolls were put through the ultimate test at a church kids’ craft—and they survived. We’re talking slobbery mouths, excessive glue usage, and yes… boogers. Still held up like a champ. They were delivered quickly, which was a lifesaver since I did not order in a timely manner. Thanks to that, our kids proudly took home perfectly imperfect, thoughtfully “curated” crafts to show mom and dad. If paper can survive that level of chaos, it’s a win in my book.

Do not work for curtains.. slide right through the openings :(
