Super Ubiquinol CoQ10 with PQQ, 30 softgels (Pack of 2)

I am new to taking supplements but I am being more conscious of my personal health. After consulting with a nutritionist they recommended CoQ10 with PQQ. The CoQ10 is something that I have heard of but PQQ is a newer supplement that I had to research. There are no long term studies available but the current studies show that it enhances the affects of CoQ10. After the first 30 days I can say, personally, that it has improved my memory and recall in short and long-term memory. I am able to process more information on a daily basis. As a caveat, I am also on a multi-supplement regime and a more reasonable diet, but this is something I added almost 6 months after my initial supplement support and still noticed results.

I got this product after I started using the regular Life Extension 10 mg PQQ. I was already using their CoQ10, which my cardiologist recommended. The plain PQQ capsules gave me a LOT of energy, but also contributed to my chronic trouble going to sleep. When I switched to this product, however, I found that I slept very well. Too well, in fact. I just want to sleep all the time when taking this. Something doesn't seem to add up. Also these gels are half the size, or less, of the CoQ10 gels.

This is one of the best CoQ10 supplements out there. These two supplements together synergistically work together to support overall health.

I've been using Life Extension products for a long time. I feel great, I think I look pretty good (my wife likes what she sees :) ) and my health is great. I take a low dose statin, even though my cholesterol numbers are excellent. Statins lower the CoQ10 levels in your heart and in your muscles, which is why some people experience leg pain when taking them. If you take a good quality CoQ10 supplement, like Life Extension, it will help replenish those levels in your body. That will hopefully alleviate any pain in your muscles when taking a statin. Per Life Extension, PQQ has been shown to induce mitochondrial biogenesis—the growth of new mitochondria in aging cells. While CoQ10 optimizes mitochondrial function, PQQ activates genes that govern mitochondrial reproduction, protection, and repair. So this supplement has its advantages. It works for me. Hopefully it'll work for you too.
