It’s been crazy quarantine time for everyone! Everyone is becoming a professional baker! Recently I just brought a new toy which is the brand name stand mixer! I have also been baking many different dessert and bread with this but one day I decided I want to make my own pasta so I found this and it can be use on my mixer and its a better price than the original brand plus it’s easy to use. I can adjust the thickness of the pasta I want and very easy to wash which is what I want! I’m so I got this! It provides with few recipes to learn! Love it!

Used this for the first time today and had to write a great review for it. I have a Hamilton Beach stand up mixer and the attachment fit perfectly; also like that it is made of excellent quality metal. It rolled out the dough in a perfect square as pictured in its profile and allows you to re-adjust the thickness of the dough by pulling out the knob then turning to make it thinner if you want; you can roll the dough as many times as you want and it does not stick. I used it for all types: flour based, egg based and rice flour dough. Because you can adjust the thickness it also allows you to easily clean between the grades with an appropriate cleaning brush. It was easy to place and also to remove from the attachment knob before and after using. It really made my homemade noodle making experience fun and easy! The roll is perfect as well for fitting ravioli trays or rolling your dough for that perfect pie crust. I'd buy it again if I need to and will probably look at getting more attachments from Nevku.

I'm always tetung to recreate restaurant recipes...and this handy dandy tool made it possible for me to recreate lobster ravioli. It was so easy to attach to my KitchenAid and it worked seamlessly!! It's very easy to switch to various pasta thickness levels. The directions of how to feed the pasta through was spot on!! Great purchase and would definitely buy again!

Much easier than winding a hand powered one for dough sheets. I loved it the first time I used it. Now the second time I went to use it the rolls won’t spin, something I missed appears to be stripped. Now I can’t use it and of course the “30 day return window” has expired. $50 isn’t cheap. I hate when things are built so crappy that they break after you be use. The inside mechanics of this thing must be total crap if some dried dough broke it. Very disappointed and attempting to contact manufacturer for replacement. Spend a little more and get a better one. Been several months and I’ve contacted company multiple times and have not heard a thing. Extremely disappointed. Definitely go with another brand for your attachment.

Very disappointed! This was listed and sold as a new product. It was obvious as soon as I opened the box that the roller had been used! As well, it was broken and did not come with the cleaning brush and instructions as indicated on the box. This deserves a zero star...not a one!
