Whats the difference between east Europe and west Europe packaging?

Nothing internally is different, its the same product, just with different text on the box depending on the country. It wont affect any use of the product as the software will go by the settings of your pc.

Hi! The older version G502 Proteus Core, the newer version is G502 Proteus Spectrum. Actually, all the essentials are the same. The only difference is the RGB lighting. Colors of G502 Spectrum can be fully customizable, and a mouse is completely black. the G502 Proteus Core RGB light only blue.. bottom of the mouse there is a blue part. That's it.

What’s the difference between this and the £57 one above?

Hero 16k sensor has dpi ranging from 100 to 16000. Hero is more energy efficient sensor, consumes 10x less power. Which is good for wireless mice. In terms of accuracy there isn't any noticeable difference between older pmw3366 sensor and newer Hero 16k sensor.
