I love this leash for my fur baby!! He’s 3 now and likes to take me for a walk instead of me taking him, the shock absorbing works great, and I keep control of him! I love this brand, it’s always durable & stylish!! I recommend 10/10!

Very sturdy and durable leash with a bit of stretch to it. It is fairly long but can be adjusted. It’s comfortable for me and her and the over all design is great. I highly recommend!

Great leash, BUT I wouldn’t recommend it for dogs who aren’t fully leash/recall trained as it is very easy for rowdy pups to get loose. For trained dogs it’s fantastic! Long enough for your dog to have room to roam, but adjustable for when you want to keep them close.

Best leash money can buy and the fact it’s Carhartt makes it better. It’s helped my pup correct his bad pulling habit on our walk, and paired with the harness no more strain around his neck area. The bungee really helps him learn his limits.

I bought this Carhartt leash expecting durability and quality, but it has been an absolute nightmare. It is hands-down the worst leash I have ever used for several reasons: • The "Shock Absorbing" feature is a disaster: Instead of helping, the elastic bungee makes my dog pull even harder. Because the leash stretches, the dog doesn't feel the correction or the boundary. When I try to pull back to regain control, I have to use twice the strength just to fight against the tension of the rubber. It’s exhausting and completely confusing for the dog. • Zero Communication: There is no "feel" with this leash. You can't give a clear signal to your dog because every movement just gets absorbed by the spring. It turns every walk into a frustrating tug-of-war. • Dangerous Hardware: The most concerning part is the carabiner. It constantly unclips itself. Having a leash that randomly detaches is a massive safety risk. I can’t trust this product at all. Bottom line: This leash is "shockingly" bad. It makes walking more difficult, requires double the physical effort, and the clip is unreliable. Save your money and buy a standard leash instead.

We love this leash. It is very versatile and has multiple functions. You can clip it around your waist to be hands free or use it like normal. It’s high quality thick material that will last. We are going to buy another for our other dog, we love it so much! It’s a great value.

These are incredible, I have the standard 6 foot journey man lead and now will add this to give me 12 feet. The standard lead I loop around my body when walking as we have a major bolter on our hands, if he decides he want to go somewhere he will go and potentially take me as a 220lb training weight. The shock / stretch lead will give me and him some slow down tension rather than a taunt stop.
