Good Switch A Little Noisy
For the price, this is a solid switch. Netgear makes quality products. Solid construction and very reliable. However, it does get warm and it is a little noisy. You will hear it if you are near it. Mine is in a closet, so it doesn't matter. It does the job and price is good.

Great size for a PoE switch with 24-ports
I'm using about 20 of the 24 ports. Only 5 are going to POE devices but it's nice to know I have 11 others that I could use for possible future upgrades. Everything is working great. It was just plug and play as all unmanaged switches are. The size is great for my use case since it needed to fit on a small shelf. Rack mounting it isn't required.

A bit loud, but very easy setup and use
Ordered the Netgear 24 port PoE+ (GA324P) to run the LAN setup in our new build house. I had no experience in setting up a LAN, or anything that went with it. This device made the whole thing as easy as breathing. Truly a plug and play. I just plugged all the wires into the device and it did the rest. We are very happy with the performance. On the down side, the device is a bit loud. Thankfully, I wired everything to go into a closet in the laundry room so we don't ever hear it, except when doing laundry. Very happy overall.

This stopped working within 3 months of purchasing and it's past the return window. Buyer beware!

Works well
This switch works well and provides the power listed. The fan is a bit loud but seems to keep the switch cool.

Pro-Grade switch for the serious home network executive
Excellent switch for the small business and pro home user. To minimize the fan noise make sure you have lots of airspace around the switch and is not exposed to a heated area.
