This key lime extract smells and tastes like fresh-squeezed key lime juice. If you expect key lime extract to smell and taste like the bottled juice you’ll find in the grocery store, you’re going to be disappointed. I’d ordered this flavor before expecting that particular aroma, and I was wrong to expect that.

Shipping, supplier and quality was fine but description said "unique citrus" and "tangy" to describe the flavor. If you eat lime jello and think "tangy" or "uniquely citrus" OliveNation has just the product for you :( It's main ingredient is "oil of key lime"- I can't figure out how they got this cheap, fake flavor from a real lime??? I bought this because I can only find traditional limes here and I was hoping to use this to bring that "key" lime flavor to recipes using them as a substitute. No way. No to cherry limeades and homemade margarita mix as well. Everything tastes like green jello. What were the positive reviewers tasting???? This product was an epic fail for me-
