I don't know why I bothered to buy this for my wife. The instructions (such as they were) in Chinglish. When trying to put one of the glass attachments in the receptacle it broke and cut my wife's hand (luckily not too badly). Like most of the cheap and shoddy goods coming out of China, it's not even worth the trip to the post office to return it. Henceforth I will be looking very carefully where goods are manufactured.

I ordered specifically this product because it had Argon (violet-for acne and infections) and Neon (orange- for anti-aging) tubes but once received at home I tried all of them and all the glass tubes are Neon. I could have bought a cheaper one which had only Neon, instead I chose this product as advertises both Neon and Argon. Not happy at all with fake advertisement of your product.

i bought it and used it once and then put it away in my closet . Difficult years followed and i forgot about it . Tonight i wanted to use it for the second time and it gave a spark and broke down. So i have been able to use it once and the second time i wanted to use it it broke down.

I've been using it for a few days now because I have huge problems with acne, caused by a estrogen dominance after ditching hormonal birth control. My skin seemed better after the first usage! Today, not even a week later, i am blown away by the results. I only get new spots if I eat to much sugar, but those are tiny and do not hurt at all. My skin is healing in no time. Before i used this tool, my whole jawline was full of painfull, big inflammations. Now all that is left is a little red irritation from the wounds, but it gets better every day. I've been also taking I3C capsules for a week, but I am pretty sure the tool is mainly responsible for the results.
