Not Road worthy
Maybe ok for around the house or the occasional gig but it didn’t stand up for daily touring. I’ve had to fix/repair just about every join. Spend the extra cash and get the ultra case version.

I absolutely love this thing!! I was very close to pulling the trigger on the Road Runner and I’m glad I didn’t. This one was more money but well worth it. “Buy once, cry once”. I heard there was some QC issues with these but I also heard Gator addressed and corrected them. I had no problems and IMO, this is a rock solid piece of gear. Worthy of any tour if that’s what you do.

I was skeptical of buying this based off of people’s issues with them seeming to break because of poor construction but I took a chance on it. I’m very happy with it! It seems rock solid. I compared mine to previous pics in the reviews and Gator definitely seemed to update these stands to have heavy duty screws holding it together now instead of the wimpy nails previously mentioned.
