A good replacement to dairy cheese
Update; it heats up well with vegan milk but is a little lumpy. Still so awesome to have a dairy alternative! This vegan block of cheese is good for my fries, or chicken strips. It’s VEGAN cheese so yes it will taste different. It’s an quoted taste believe me it took me years to be able to eat this stuff and actually like it lol. But it is really great for a dairy alternative!

Hope you don’t get the “New Recipe”
This used to be my fave vegan cheddar substitute for cooking - But this new recipe is bad. Like BAD-bad. The texture is worse, it’s harder to cut, the flavor is more like what I remember velveeta being (definitely not cheddar) and there’s an unpleasant aftertaste now. I don’t know why they made this change at Daiya & the order area didn’t show this “new” version (red circle indicating it’s new & how) but had I known I would have bought something else. This went from my favorite to use to me never wanting to buy this again.
