This router is easy to install and works great!
This router is very easy to install and really does a great job. Our home is over 1800 sq ft and we don't have any WIFI issues. Instructions could be a little more clear when explaining how to access setup menu but once we found the website, smooth sailing for there on. Great product and won't empty the piggy bank.

Cannot complete set up - their own configurations don’t work.
Cannot complete set up! Step 1. Connect to internet source & plug in. Done. Step 2. Connect to WiFi on PC or phone. Done on both. Step 3. Launch browser from laptop or PC and enter http:\\wavlogin.link or 192.168.20.1 - failure on both devices. Their own instructions do not work. Was able to connect directly to the router WiFi via phone and laptop, but then could not complete the setup on the company website or app via the ISP or the website link in order to change the router name or set up a password, so it’s open and unsecured, which is pointless! No customer support is available online and when I called after 5+ minutes of hold messages stating I was was 2nd in line, I got a message that they are helping others and to call back later or email. I tried several times and got different queue numbers, but the same disconnect messages. So I emailed, and at least received an auto-response message that the company operates out of China. So no customer service is available during US business hours at all. Since I can’t complete the set up, product is being returned. Very disappointed.

Works good
Haven't tried the mesh network yet, a bummer you can't buy small extenders instead you have to buy a whole router to extend your mesh network. As a standalone wifi 6 router it works well, and the range and bandwidth is much better imo.

Don’t waste your time and money! (Video Proof)
DO NOT WASTE your time and money getting this router! The ease of setting up this device was not the problem, instead it was the connectivity and it’s stabilization that made this product ineffective with its performance. I have only 3 devices (a gaming system that is used occasionally, and 2 cameras) that use the router. The connection is VERY spotty with constant buffering and glitching. I couldn’t even connect when I’m in the restroom and my home is only 900 sq ft!!! The value for the money does not equate to the performance it promised. I’m sure the security feature is ok but there’s no point on having the security feature if it can’t do anything else. I can’t speak for the other reviewers but those 4 and 5 stars need to be 1 stars bc there is no way this router deserve such a review. Will be returning and hopefully the company will recall the router and improve it before putting it back out for sale. This is a horrible router! SMH! RETURNING TO COMPANY I’m soooo disappointed it’s not even funny!

Wavlink router
I purchased this router in July 2024 and in November 2024 it won't turn on. If anything changes, I will update this review.
