Apart from the fact that I got only 49 Pieces instead of 50, The Products are good in quality and worth the money. Utensils are heavy and feels premium. I checked from local venders about price of similar items and the price seems to be reasonable. The utensils are given rounded edges so it is safe to use for kids also. only downside of the set is that the plates and bowls are a little smaller than standard size. But If you are looking for a decent set with a reasonable price tag you should go for this.

Everything is good. Plate size(27cm) glass size, spoons ,fork etc etc with strong quality stainless steel. But the biggest bowl isn't enough big as i thought but it's ok .

All items were in order. One of the plates had a very small dent but that's okay too, you just gotta eat in it, it's not gonna break or anything. All items are kinda heavy, not weak quality steel. And it's very affordable too. Spoons, bowls etc were adequate size as they should be, neither too big nor too small. Overall good product. Happy with the delivery experience as well. If anything develops a crack or breaks I will change the review in the future but that doesn't seem likely given how good the quality of steel is. Five stars.

Product is good but Got 5 pcs of glass instead of 6

Product is good. Value for your money. But 2 spoons are missing. I ordered 50 items. I received 48 items. We can gift these items for newly married couples .

I ordered a Neelam steel utensils set last year, and the quality was excellent. Based on that experience, I decided to order the same for our newlywed friends. Unfortunately, this time the experience was extremely disappointing. The first order arrived with missing items and was an incomplete set. When we requested a replacement, the replacement order was unexpectedly cancelled. We placed the order again, hoping the issue would be resolved, but the utensils we received were of much lower quality. Several pieces had visible dents, and after washing, we noticed rust-like stains forming on the bottom of the utensils, particularly around the logo area. This is very surprising and unacceptable for stainless steel cookware. The product quality and overall customer experience have declined significantly compared to my previous purchase. I would not recommend this set based on my recent experience.
