This book was one of 2 required books for a graduate level engineering finance course. It was a well written book for non-business professionals. The material was broken down in an organized manner that included detailed examples and truly useful chapter problems. The subject matter was technical enough to teach readers how to read, evaluate and create basic financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash-flow statements.The chapter covering cashflow statements was difficult to follow. The cash-flow example was almost impossible to follow. If not for this chapter I would have rated the book with 5-stars.
