Connect the red and white heads to the RCA cable, and plug the gray plug back into the original car

If With-Bose-amplifier

Connect the original car amplifier control cable to the ACC power cable. Then go to Settings - Body Settings - Turn on the amplifier switch, then onnect the red and white audio plugs of the power cable, and switch the original car button to AUX mode

If none of the above solutions work

Please provide us with your vehicle model, photos of your vehicle's center console and the rear of the original car radio, as well as the current wiring diagram, and we will assist-you-further.
