Got these for a friend. He finds these great. Takes only one pill and it works instantly. Totally worth it, effect is strong and perfect. No pain or symptoms after eating. Good pills, practically packaged, easy to swallow.

No more lactose problems for me! Yeaaaah!! Thank goodness I discovered this product. I love cheese, milk and all dairy…unfortunately as I’ve gotten older, I could no longer eat anything that had dairy products in it. If I did, I paid a big price the next day! A friend suggested Lactaid pills and it’s like a miracle. Now I can eat cheese again, have a glass of milk, and not have to do without things I like to eat. I take one Lactaid caplet before I start eating and that’s it! No more problems the next morning. Traveling and going out for dinner is fun again.

They work . I take 3 at the beginning of a meal that has quite a bit of lactose in it and the pills really help me not to be affected by the lactose. I wish I had noticed before I bought them that the pills are individually wrapped in little foil packets you need to tear open to get the pills out. I had bought pills before that came in a bottle which is a lot more convenient. My fault for not noticing.

I've bought the original lactaid in the past, and these are so much better. Really fast acting. Only need to take one instead of two or three. This will be my go-to lactose pills from now on.

Works like it should! No grumbling tummy or worse farts after eating dairy! Take one at the beginning of the eating delicious (insert dairy product). Only one tablet needed! Packaged individually so you can take it on the go! Small size so can fit in your pocket, purse easily. Great value for the money, way cheaper than buying at the drug store.

I honestly cannot live without these. If lactose exists, my body notices. These Lactaid Fast Act pills are basically my permission slip to eat things I definitely should not be eating. I will say... I personally need at least 4 caplets for them to really do their job. One or two does absolutely nothing for me, so yeah, it’s a bit annoying. But once I take enough, they work, and that’s all I care about. Ice cream, milk, creamy sauces… I can enjoy them mostly guilt-free, which feels like a small miracle. I reorder these about every two months and keep them everywhere — at home, in my car, in my bag. I’m basically always prepared for unexpected cheese situations. I also travel with backup gas and diarrhea meds, just in case. You know… full survival kit. Not glamorous, but absolutely a godsend if you’re lactose intolerant and still want to enjoy food like a normal person. Worth it.
