Vanilla powder
Used it 2btines so far. Give desserts a nice vanilla flavor especially for cheesecake. Need to read label on back. Due to it being a powder its stronger than the liquid and use half.

Good but a bit smallโฆ.,
Here is my update: I think this is the best organic vanilla bean powder. I find myself buying this again and again despite the bag being a bit small. So good in oatmeal and smoothies and baked goods. But I didnโt think It would be that small! Itโs so tiny!!! The bag is smaller than my small hands, check out pics. I havenโt really tried it yet, but it seemed mild to me. I know vanilla is always very expensive and it has been even more expensive for the last few years, so I was expecting a small bag for the price. However itโs really a tiny little bag! I thought it would be slightly bigger at least from the pics reviewers took, but it doesnโt show how tiny it really is! I donโt know if itโs worth it. But maybe the flavors will make up for the miniature dollhouse bag of vanilla! It does seem like good quality vanilla by the looks of it. -Do check out the pics, I would take a ruler and weigh it out, but Iโm lazyโฆ Although and 1/8 tsp went a long way. -After finally tasting it, the flavor was very mild. If I remember correctly when I use to buy vanilla pods it was stronger. But I guess thatโs what happens when itโs not as fresh as using the pods. The flavor is there though and again the quality does look legit. I donโt know if I would buy it again though. But Iโll change my rate it to 3 stars. -To those who think vanilla bean is suppose to dissolve, just stop already! Please do your research on vanilla! Short answer, vanilla beans does NOT dissolve!!!! You guys sound silly! I hope those comments were a joke as I did laugh when I read them, since they sounded so d#mb W(`0`)W. (^O^)๏ผ

Its not supposed to dissolve
To all the people giving 1 star reviews, saying this doesn't dissolve in hot liquids. Read the product description, its not supposed to dissolve ! It would have to be a liquid extract and then dried and ground up to a powder, then you would be able to dissolve it. Instead, this is the whole bean ground up to provide the full complex aroma, flavonoids, anti-oxidants etc. I like to add it to my very strong espresso. I use an aeropress, add two scoops of finely ground espresso roast, add 1/4 tsp of this vanilla powder, add hot water, stir and the press it. The flavor and aroma is just intoxicating. It is expensive, but you get what you pay for. If all you want is an overpowering artificial vanillin smell, then don't buy this. Its like the real Ceylon cinnamon vs the common cheap cassia cinnamon. So much more expensive, subtle but complex heavenly aroma.

Expensive
After hearing chefs rave about how much better vanilla bean powder makes things taste, I decided to order some. I can't tell any difference in the powder and regular vanilla in liquid form. I also find the liquid easier to use.

Genuine tasty vanilla
I ordered this item 2 days ago for making a dessert today. It arrived promptly. The vanilla powder is very good and the taste is excellent. Genuine vanilla fragrance even with a pinch. Excellent item!

Loved it
Great vanilla taste without the sharp chemical or alcohol taste you sometimes get when adding a lot of liquid vanilla. I used it for marshmallows and it worked much better than regular vanilla because I wasn't adding additional liquid. It's a bit expensive but the bag was a reasonable size and looks like it'll stretch pretty far.

Powder is exquisite but packaging is terrible
This vanilla bean powder is absolutely divine in terms of flavour and strength. My only issue is the packaging, which you have to cut very close to the seal to get it open and then it is very hard to open. I was very worried that the amount of force needed to open it would mean this precious and expensive product would end up all over the floor. Thankfully that didn't happen. Would be perfect in a better, more easily opened and resealed, package.
