I’m very happy with this range hood. It delivers powerful suction that quickly removes smoke, steam, and cooking odors—even when I’m cooking at high heat. Great product. Out of the box, installation was not difficult but that is also because I replaced an existing vent. Even if it was on a new wall, I don’t think installation would be an issue for someone who is a bit handy with tools. Removing the protective film was a job for sure. After installing, this works great. It has been about 4 weeks and the fan is quiet, and the flow of air is great. It moves a lot of air at lowest speed and we have mostly used it on 1 or 2 speed while doing a lot of Indian cooking. The hood is large and looks nice and sturdy. The bad - the motion sensor worked for first 10 minutes. It doesn’t matter what I do now, it does not work. The buttons to turn on the light and fan are all touch buttons. You must look at the button and press the right place, and sometime I have to find the right place to press the button. They really should replace it with something else. Other issue is how it changes the speed. You must go linear from speed 1 to 2 to 3 and 4, and then off. So from speed 1 to turn off, you must press the button 4 times. You can hit the power button as well, but that mean next time you need to power on before use it. It’s just bad interface. The best part is how much airflow it handles at a low noise. The filters are high quality and I can put them in dishwasher. I think it is great value for money.

Works like a dream. I make a lot of stir fry dishes and this rangehood is so much better than others. It's not as loud as some brands, but the suction power definitely proves to be worth more than what I paid for. The ease of using the touchless controls makes clean up easy. The lighting is good, and it's very sleek overall. Works well within my kitchen and our everyday needs. I would definitely recommend this to those who do serious cooking at home.

It’s been about 4 years now with our range hood. It’s so simple to install! It is a little loud but what range hood isn’t!? This hood is good for the price and good quality. I love how it’s easy to clean and the sensors are so convenient. It does come with a remote which we’ve never had to use.

One of my favorite features is the gesture control. I didn’t think I would use it much, but it’s actually super convenient when my hands are messy. Update After I mentioned a light humming issue in my review, the company reached out right away to help. First, they sent replacement bulbs and a new control panel, but the humming was still there. Next, they sent a new power panel—which completely fixed the problem. I worked with Emma during the whole process, and she was a pleasure to deal with. Her follow-up was excellent—she even responded immediately when I updated her at 4 a.m. Eastern that everything was finally working! The product itself deserves 5 stars, but their customer service deserves 100. It’s rare these days to find a company with this level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Called to let them know no filter was installed or in the box. They said return it. I already paid for custom cabinets around it. Spoke to Amazon. They said order new one, take filters out then return. Despite its power, the noise level remains low, allowing for normal conversation. The built-in LED lights are bright and energy-efficient, providing excellent visibility over the stove. Installation was straightforward, and the touch controls are intuitive and easy to clean. I also appreciate the dishwasher-safe filters, which make maintenance a breeze. The ranghood is well built, stainless steel fan, runs pretty quiet and strong suction! After installed, the gesture control wasn't working or not working as intended (seems like the setting was too quick to wave your hands, hard to activate, maybe 10% of the time will work). Contacted after sales and talked to April. She quickly sent another control panel which is properly collaborated. Take about 5 mins to switch out the control panel and now the range hood works great with the guesture control! Overall very happy with the product and the services.

This 30" iKTCH IKP02 was very easy to install. The manual is very easy to follow, plus there are videos on Youtube that shows how to install it, if you are a visual person (which I found very helpful). This product is very well made and looks great in our kitchen. There are 4-fan speeds and they work like a charm. You can hear and see how well it functions. Cleaning the filters are a cinch! You can either wash them in your dishwasher or spray them with a degreaser and soak them in your sink. They don't need replaced, just need washed. How much easier could it be! We are so happy with our new range hood, and the high-tech motion sensor controls really bring it up a notch...and it also has a remote control to boot...whats not to love about this. We truly highly recommend this product if you are looking for a nice, well made, good quality product without breaking your bank and still get a high quality producrt.
