This stuff is the best! Easy to apply, and looks amazing. It gives a natural raw wood look, but gives the stained protection. I have a pup and the floors have held up well. I applied this product about 8 months ago. Would definitely use again.

It does not add anything to the wood appearance under. Not slippery at all. Even wet. Scratch resistant not as diamond plate but far far far superior to engineered hardwood floor I put in rooms around. You can use regular foam roller for application. No tool marks visible. But it is expensive, limited shelf life, required mixing two components to use and fine sanding (150-180 grit) your wood for reasonable coverage

This is a great product, especially if you know what's coming. I put a total of 3 coats on a 14ft by 20ft room. I got the first two coats on my well sanded oak floors with one gallon of product, which meant I had to buy two gallons overall. I called the factory in NC for tips and tricks before I started. They were very helpful in giving me confidence. I applied each coat with a 3/8 inch roller and a typical paint pan. Mixing a portion of the gallon requires you to carefully measure the ratio of the hardener and main ingredient. This requires some measuring of the amount of each ingredient which is best done with a weighing scale, but can be done by volume. The product is easy to apply and is not at all fussy. After 2 coats, you need to do a light sanding using 120 grit sandpaper to remove the roughness from the lifted grain prior to the last coat. I did this step with a drywall pole sander to avoid another tool rental. It is pretty much invisible after drying, but does deepen the appearance of the woods natural features nicely.

This product is a one of a kind. Absolutely loved it! Easy to apply and beautiful finished look. Had to contact the seller about a shipping question and they were so great to work with. Love the results on our white oak floors. Has a hard time convincing our contractor but everyone loves the result!

Only use this product if your hardwood floors are in perfect condition. I am not sure if my contractor new how to use this product because I only did one room and it took 3 gallons of this product.

My contractor recommended this product and applied it after I installed the new white oak herringbone at my house. It’s easy to apply but I recommend 3 thick coats applied with paint rollers. This is the new project I’m working on, not for the tile but for the wood borders. Too bad they don’t make this in smaller quantities. This would be awesome on small furniture. The finish is matte and it looks like there’s no finish on it. But pour a little water and you can see how well the seal works. This would be cool in a spray format for small projects.
