JR Products 00175 Compartment Door Key Lock - 1-1/8"

These are very nice locks! They were easily installed into my R.V. compartments and the keys work well in them. The only thing that threw me for a loop was how they sent them to me. I ordered 5 and received them in three different packages in three different days. Not very Eco friendly, but I'm sure they had their reasons.

Fit great don’t know if it’s stainless or not. It’s a big secret. I have it on my boat that’s in saltwater. I may have to remove it with a grinder.

I bought an older camper and the crome on the storage door locks were pitted and in sad shape. So I ordered several of these. Just by looking at the S.S.finish you know these are much better made. They also sport a two sided key so no matter how you insert the key it will work. And no more CH751 common keys. They also feature a rubber seal ring that the OEM locks didn't have. More than happy with these. I would rate them a SIX.

For a pass-through storage compartment, this type of lock does the job well. It comes with two washers to keep water out at both ends, and for my trailer, replaced the "CH751" locks which virtually everyone has a key to. The only note -- the double-sided keys I received did not have a plastic handle on them, so it isn't exactly as pictured. However, this affects nothing, and these locks work very well for the task at hand. I'd definitely buy these again. These are quite easy to install, and if you have an RV, one really should get rid of all the "standard" CH751 locks so not everyone and their brother has a key that fits your storage compartments.

A much better option than the 751 key that every other camper in the campground has. Easy installation...under 10 minutes

Replaced the generic locks on our trailer that everyone has keys to. Should be somewhat more secure.

Worked very well on my keystone rv compartment door. I did use the angled latch bar from my old lock, but the one that came with the new one would have fit ok, but may not have kept the door closed quite as tight. Seems like very good quality for the price. My rv is built for cold weather & the compartment doors are thicker than normal. These 1-3/8" locks fit perfectly,

Thought these would be good locks, bought 2 for my pickup bed cover, but 1 package was missing the nut, pain to return & get another, good thing a nut from one of the old ones worked. Gave 3 stars because of the missing nut.
