It won't dissolve them but it will help flush them out and keep from getting a urinary tract infection. Drinking diluted apple cider vinegar with lemon juice daily will help break down your stones.

can I use this to make dandilion wine

I don't think so. I asked my Greek Grandma who makes dandelion wine and she asked me if I was nuts
