AQUAPHOR Water Filter Jug Amethyst White 2.8L with 1 x Maxfor+ Cartridge

Good value and well made item. Hot drinks such as tea taste much fresher and brighter.

Good size and handle comfortable to hold. No need to remove the lid to fill and pools well. Overall a good buy. I have 2, one on the worktop for filling the kettle and one in the fridge for drinking…

Great Price! Had a baby 9 months ago, due to living in hard water area didnt want baby to give baby best start when boiling water for bottles but I wasn't willing to pay £40+ for the jug and than have to pay £12 every month to change the filter. Ive had this around 9 months now, even though we use it mainly for baby bottles and kettle water. The filtered water has helped with limescale build up in new kettle and we have only had to descale every 3 months now than before it was every month for us. We did a test of our own to see if it really makes difference between using filter water and normal water so we got 2 empty water bottles and stuck it in the fridge and to my suprise can certainly tell the difference in taste. Filter life lasts roughly 4-7 weeks depending on how much you use it. The filter cartridges are easy to change and really good price. This works out so much cheaper than the known brand filters. Highly recommend!

The jug is nice, the system on the top is very different to what we are used, we have a Marella that has a flip top to fill it, this one is a slider that opens slits in the top, is a bit bigger than our Marella, but I think it still fits in our fridge door, nice looking, it has a dial that shows the life time of the cartridge. The price is great because it comes with 3 cartridges, we don't use Britta ones, we buy ones regularly (have been buying them I think from 2018 or 19) here from the Filter Logic store, the best ones after buying a few others here that were useless,, I am not sure they fit this jug, but I think they will, but even if we just used these 3 ones that came included, the price for the jug and the general looking and practicalities is perfect for what we wanted, I'm using them in my bedroom for my flier coffee machine, so it is only used in the morning, the system to tell you about the lasting of the cartridge I think works from after amounts, instead of the Britta which will change in a week, so all is well. I have to add that the one we bought came with a big crack on the handle which I did not see when I opened it, but we realised when we went to wash and fill, they were great, they sent us another the day after I started the return, we sent it back, great, no problems and the jug is, as I said, nice, quite solid and for now, good filtering, but we are not using it much, it gets only used in the morning, so I guess I will know if they are effective in a few weeks more, but after a few weeks experience, I find it great.

Bought to replace a similar jug that got dropped and broke. The lid and jug shape are exactly the same as my old one but the part that holds the cartridge is different and it is easier to just push the cartridges into this one. (with previous one you had to twist them on). I also like that this one is black as it lives with the hot water and coffee machines so matches them. I prefer this style of lid where a simple flip means you can refill without removing the lid. This one also had a little mechanical counter that measures how often you fill it too. Came with 3 cartridges for little more than the cost of 3 cartridges so I'm happy.

Mostly does what it says on the tin but it's major flaw is it leaks. When you put water in, you're not able to use it until it's finished filtering. If you try to pour it will leak everywhere. Because of this it's a major flaw I would not buy this again unless this gets fixed. It would be 5/5 stars if it didn't leak every time I used it.

Works well at a good price point too.

Absolutely fab, looks nice so easy to fill through top ( no faffing around taking top off just fill it through the gaps & close again easy) records how much life left in your filter & comes with at least 3 months of filters too! I bought this so I could fill my new hot water dispenser with it so it dosent scale up & for cold filtered water to drink too. We also have a new baby in the family & its nice to know the water is filtered before boiled for her bottles too. 😊 happy customer
