Easy to put on and take off the phone (Samsung Note 10 plus). Included charger gives enough power through quite short micro USB cable, but additional USB connector on the charger gives only 0.5A which is pretty much useless by today standards. If you want to use longer cable to power this phone holder you gonna need different charger.Very limited swivel makes hard to find comfortable phone position.Dispite some flaws it's very good phone holder and fast wireless charger.

I recently upgraded my phone from a wired to a wireless charging one (a Google one at that) so I needed a wireless cradle for my car.This one seemed to fit the bill, plus I didn't see many (any) out there which supported the Google phones apart from this one, so it was a win-win already.The cost was more than I've ever paid for a cradle, but when it arrived I can honestly say that it's as though nothing has not been well thought out. The packaging was superb - 100%.I've only had this cradle for a couple of weeks, and so I know it's too early to be conclusive, but I felt I really needed to leave a review because a few of the one-star reviews did put me off, and I feel this needs correcting, as far as my own personal experience goes.It is in regards to the connection method.Having read the one-star reviews and put off by the possibility that the cradle wouldn't stay put when connected to a vent slat, I chose to use the CD-Holder instead. Whilst that worked perfectly, in my case the phone then blocked most of my navigation screen (which also is a rear view camera) and so I wasn't too happy about that.So I tried the vent holder (my previous cradles were vent holder types) and was again, blown away....DO NOT BELIEVE all the one star reviews claiming the vent holder isn't secure.In my case, I cannot believe how SOLID the unit is when held using the vent holder.My advice is to make sure you push the vent-holder ALL THE WAY until it cannot go any more.And do that VERY, VERY SLOWLY because the vent holder tongs are extremely tight, and there's hardly any gap between, so do it very slowly so that you don't put too much sudden force onto your vent slat.As I say, I now have the very best cradle I've ever had, it holds my phone 100% and does not move or vibrate AT ALL during driving.My only complaint about the device is that the USB connector cannot go fully into the unit, it goes approximately 3/4s of the way in, so perhaps a bit of a manufacturing fault.Oh yes, and the charging light is a bit superfluous as you cannot see it when you have a phone on the stand and the phone obscures the light!Still, 10/10!

Easy to place and remove phone. The arms automatically close onto the phone once you push it onto a mechanical button on the surface of the cradle. Easy to place in one handed which is what I wanted. Wireless charging means no messing with cables when you should concentrating on traffic etc. The best phone holder and charger I have ever had in the car. Fits to windscreen exteremly securely. It's winter so cannot comment on summer performance at staying on the screen. Adjustment of arms very flexible and easy to do. I want one for my desk but they are expensive.

Nice and easy to use. Looks good and very sturdy, changed the cable for a 6ft charging lead which looks better as there isn’t any hanging wires. Only problem is the charging output isn’t the same but that’s expected

Not impressed at all.Paid a lot of money for this and it does not do what it says on the tin.Will not in any way or form stick to the dashboard, feels like a cheap plastic toy made in China and not the quality that it gives the impression at all in the photos,This is the issue when you buy online because if I had gone into a shop and picked this up then there is no way at all I would have paid for this.I dont care what the other reviews state this is definatelt not worth the money at all.

The suction cup was simple to use and I had the mount installed in minutes.Easy to place phone in mount. Requires two hands to remove.My Pixel 6 charges quickly and it seems to work on other phones too.Very satisfied.

Fitted this holder to my car today. In the past, I have always opted for cheap £10 suction mount holders (on the Windscreen) . These cheap items however did not have charging capability and after a summer's use would inevitably fail as the UV rays would weaken the plastic in the suction cup mechanism and cause it to break. I decided to purchase the iOttie as it seemed much sturdier than the items I have used previously and most importantly it has the Wireless Charging capability; it also offers the ability to mount on the Dashboard.I am not disappointed by the build quality (it is very good) and the Wireless charging works well on my Samsung S9+, however I have given this 3 stars because of the awful dashboard mounting. I thoroughly cleaned my dashboard before fitting, however within a very short period the adhesive on the plastic dashboard disk peeled away. After sticking it back on a couple of times it had completely lost its stickiness. This has forced me to suction mount on my windscreen once more and looking at the suction cup mechanism, it appears to be almost identical to the £10 'disposable' items I have used before. I sincerely hope I am wrong and that this device will outlive the UV punishment it is going to get next summer, however I do not believe it will.Come on iOttie, this is a premium well constructed product, why ruin the experience with a cheap dashboard mount that is not fit for purpose?

Really fast delivery, arriving earlier than expected.Had my doubts about the CD clamp but it's ridiculously sturdy.Charges my phone faster than I would have ever believed possible.Grip is stupidly strong.

I researched a lot of car wireless charger chargers/holder before deciding to buy the iOttie Easy One Touch. Having it mounted on the now obsolete CD slot is ideal for me, it does not obstruct the front view and looks much better aesthetically. The only gripe I have is that the audio system's power button is slightly harder to reach, lesser so is the hazard switch. But the holder feels really sturdy and the wireless charging is seamless. It is easy to mount a large phone like the Samsung Note 10+, press the two protruding plastic arms on both sides to free the phone. The car charger plugs into the cigarette lighter, there is an extra USB slot on the charger to plug in a standard device. The product was shipped all the way from Kentucky in the US, so it did take some time to arrive, it certainly doesn't seem to have been in vain.

The unit fit securely above the center AC vents. It wasn’t uneven surface so I pressed on opposite ends of the disk for 30 seconds to secure the disk. The added benefit of wireless charging is very helpful considering I often have passengers in the front seat.
