I would like to know if the installation of the dual monitor kit to the desk converter required any tools? How difficult is it?

Pretty easy to install. Depending on the dual monitors you select, you might have to modify the bracket. I had to grind down an area a bit to get the power plug to get to the monitor on one side and get an HDMI 90 degree adapter for the other one. Not big deal overall, my setup works great for me and happy with my decision.

Can you adjust monitor Angle?

Unfortunately the dual monitor arm that you can purchase as a separate piece is at a fixed angle.

Does this stand also work on the 37.5 " wide ergotron sit-stand desk converter?

Yes. It’s actually better to use on that version because it holds 40lbs.
