Expensive, but noticeable results
I bought this product based on two things: The reputation of and my experience with Designs for Health brand, and research I had done on berberine. I found that this product gives noticeable results. I wanted a supplement that would help me maintain my recent GLP weight loss as I tapered off the GLP medication. I am finding that I can maintain my new weight more easily and I also have some extra energy. It’s expensive, but not nearly as much as staying on the GLP.

Seems to make a difference.
My doctor recommended this to help with my high blood sugars. It has helped lower my A1c along with better dietary choices. I believe it makes a difference.

Helps lower glucose levels
This was a good purchase. I bought it because I read berberine can help lower blood sugar levels, and it did. My glucose levels were not too high but my doctor said my levels were border line. After taking berberine my glucose levels dropped 26 numbers below my usual levels. just take as recommended, which is 2 pills per day

Natural Blood Sugar reduction
Used Berberine to help decrease blood sugar naturally. Stopped using this as I'm currently taking a GLP-1. Should not be taken with GLP-1 as blood glucose may go too low.
