No 3 Year extended Warrenty
While the Item itself is very good and as described, when I went to register it for the extended warenty I was unable to, when I contacted Dewalt Customer support they told me that the item was not a UK model and as such does not qualify for the extended warenty. I purchased this from Amazon.co.uk with the expectation that the 3 year warrenty would be in place, nowhere is there infromation to state it will be excluded from this warrenty, Deqwalt Customer support was poor, i was passed to 2 different agents and no result

No dislikes. Very good quality, made of aluminium and easy to assemble. I bought mine to fit a professional industrial dewalt floodlight..really good purchase.

DeWalt quality as expected. Lightweight for carrying, heavy duty for function. Fast to deploy, easy to level, easy to mount on. Fine vertical adjustments are completely on you, no little crank like it's lightweight counterparts. This isn't a deal breaker though, because those lightweight gimmicks are not worth the money. For that, you're better off buying a $20 camera tripod because that's all the name brand tool tripods really are anyway. 99% metal construction, the only plastic are the leg release levers, quarter inch mounting adapter, and buckles on the carrying strap. The only negative I can see is a 3-year warranty versus lifetime, but I don't ever expect this beast to break. If you're on the fence, this is the one to buy.
