Another Great KFI Product Works Great

The KFI winch stopper is a great, and necessary add-on for any winch setup. They should come with all winches from the factory, but they dont! Anyways, back to the KFI winch cable stopper, it is well constructed out of a great looking and durable rubberized material, and is held together by 4 stainless bolts and nuts to resist rust and corrosion. Installation takes less than 5 minutes, and looks great on the ATV when installed. As far as shipping, my product arrived 2 days early, and was shipped up to Fairbanks Alaska. Great job Amazon and KFI!

Works great and will extend the life of your winch.

This is a very simple product that will save you from having to check your winch when reeling it back in. it is a simple stop and works well. just unscrew slip over the rope or cable and tighten at the point you want the reel to stop allowing the winch to re-spool. i have installed and used it a few times. If the product fails I will update my review. So far so good!

Never quite adept at coinciding the winch motion take-up reel control button to the length of the cable remaining on the hook (because I can't see it from the seat) I try stopping it in time before it meets the winch housing. When successful, it will minimize the problem of binding up the cable on the reel. Not always standing on flat dry ground when activating the take up reel, this rubber stopper is always available to give that margin of safety needed. And with either my friends or off-springs at the controls on occasion its proven to be idiot proof. The number of close calls it has endured proves it is durable and very resilient to repeated compressions.
