EVOLAND Portable Mini Exercise Bike Under Desk Pedal Exerciser

This hasn't been excellent and is great for my recovery from knee replacement surgery. Good quality and works really well. A great purchase!

I had a knee replacement,physio was not doing much to help my knee bend. One of the physios suggested buying one of these,must confess Id never heard of them and no one else in the system from the initial consultation onward had mentioned them as a useful tool in recovery. A friend had one and suggested I try it out. 3 weeks later I bought my own and the borrowed one has been lent to another knee replacement recipient already. It has been wonderful. slow and gentle use at first,peddling backwards and forwards to establish pain boundaries made it appealing to use. Setting ones own routine and time in action is good and its down to the user to take advantage of what it can do to help recovery. I'm on it 4 times a day (I'm retired) only or 5 to 10 minutes each time,its almost like changing the oil in the car each session makes the knee easier to bend and now can walk downstairs without hanging on to the banister. the benefit of regular use makes the purchase price a no brainer.

The main reason I bought this was to use when working at the desk, but it's impossible. It's too high and you just bash you knees on the desk. They only way is to lean right back so your legs are straight, but then you can't reach the desk. Although there is a non-slip mat, it still slips on hard floors, which means every few second you have to stop and pull it back towards you. Oh and trying to get your feet in the peddles! They just flip spin around. On a positive, it's easy to set up and fold away, but as I can't use it sitting on the sofa, because of it slipping on the hard floor and I can't use it under the desk, because it's too high, so I'll probably end up returning it.

Fantastic bike. I’m using it so I can exercise whilst recovering from total shoulder replacement surgery. Excellent value and sturdy enough to pedal fast with resistance as needed. Excellent buy🤩

For the price you pay it is neat, compact and does the job. However, changing the position on the straps is a nightmare. Like one of your previous comments, moving the strap is very difficult. Unfortunately when doing this one of the plastic knobs broke so the strap is being retained by just one plastic 'screw'.

Good to use under my desk to keep myself mobile. Excellent product.

Praktiskt träningsredskap som dessutom har en snygg grön färg. Använder den till att få upp konditionen genom att intervallcykla, men ställer också upp den på matbordet och cyklar med händerna. Bra att det ingick en liten matta att ställa den på för att förhindra att den glider iväg när man trampar. Prisvärd.

Byglarna är lite hårda
