Game Hanging Gambrel & Hoist Kit with Pulleys & Rope - Deer Hanging Kit Max to 700 LB

I used this hoist to mount a 85” TV by myself. Easy lifting and the brake device didnt slip at all. . Worked GREAT!! If you are lifting more than 11' you may need a longer rope.

Wish I would have noticed the actual gamble part or the hook part you hang the game on isn’t a solid piece it’s in a three piece section that easily falls apart. But for less than 30$ I guess we can’t complain. Pully part works kinda easily, but the rope is small and gets caught up in the lever easily, keep a stick or something to knock it out of it to raise and lower it. Update, I used it twice this weekend and it being a two piece section doesn’t affect it at all. Really good product for the price

My husband loves the hanging gambrel & hoist kit. It worked so well when he got a deer last season and is excited to use it again. It was able to hold almost 160 pounds well.

Great hanger my first ever using one like this because I normally just hang my harvested deer from the neck. Instructions were simple and the lock on it was a bit odd but super simple.

Pretty simple thing... a couple pulley blocks, some rope, some hooks, and a Gambrel. Bought it for something other than hanging game but was surprised at how small the box was. Turns out that the gambrel is built up out of multiple pieces and pulls apart like tent poles. If you want something extra portable, great. If you want a really strong Gambrel... not so great.

The product performs as expected and seems durable. However, the advertised weight capacity is misleading—it’s listed as 700 lbs in the product details and brochure, but the actual item I received is clearly labeled for 600 lbs. This discrepancy should be corrected to avoid customer confusion.

Excellent quality metal parts, and it comes with a very handy brake that holds the rope without tying any knots. The rope is OK, but I would recommend replacing it with climbing rope that doesn't generate any torque; it will last longer, and it will be easier to use with heavier stuff like red stags. That said, very satisfied with it overall, and I've already used it twice. It is a game-changer, and I would definitely recommend it for use in a larder or the forest (it packs down really well).
