They fit right into where the original stand/leg detached, and it comes with several screw options to fit your mounting arms.

Works as advertised for my Acer SB220Q monitor.

Exactly what I was looking for, I purchased this for the Acer model SB230 manufactured in Sept. 2018. At first I wasn’t sure it was the right one because I was confused on how to take the stand it came with off, but once I discovered after a quick Google search that there are plastic retaining clips that need to be pushed in to slide the metal part of the base mount off things went much more smoothly. The stabilizer attachment has been great too, keeps my monitor from wobbling all over the place when my cat jumps on the desk. Perfect fit, easy install and great quality.

I used these to mount a pair of Acer SB220Q bi 21" monitors. They are solid and well made, and worked fine, but a couple of things to be aware of: 1. The bracket adds 2 1/4" of depth to the back of the monitor, so if you're using a wall mount, you have to add that 2 1/4" to the depth of the wall mount itself to see how far out your screen will stand out from the wall. If you're viewing the monitor with the wall mount extended, this of course doesn't matter, but if you think you're mounting your screen flat up against the wall, think again. 2. The supplied screws are small, have small heads, don't include washers, and may not work if your VESA mount has bigger holes. I used the longer M4 screws with bigger heads that were included with my Mounting Dream wall mount, along with bigger washers. 3. Be aware that the center of the VESA mount will end up well below the center point of the monitor itself. In the case of the SB220Q, the VESA center point is 9" below the top edge of the monitor. It's not a problem if you correctly calculate the location of the holes to be drilled for the wall mount. 4. This bracket doesn't screw attach to the monitor - it is a 'slide in' type mount which mimics the geometry of the Acer-supplied base and snaps into place. The stabilizer doesn't attach to the monitor, it just holds the back of the monitor in place. Thus, it can be a little wiggly. I blame Acer for this for not providing any screw holes that could be used, and for not providing VESA mounting holes in the first place, which would have avoided all of this.

The hardest part of the installation was fitting this bracket to the monitor! Gently, but firmly slide into monitor. Be careful as tolerances are ⁷very tight. Make sure it's all the way in!!! Once it's connected to the monitor, mount it to the arm of your choice with the same 100 x 100 VESA pattern! Works well and was easy to install!!! Very well made!!!

I've had this for probably close to a year. Easy to set up and worked fine out of the box.

This is not my first Humancentric VESA Mount adapter. I have one for an older work monitor that works great. It's very sturdy and well-made. It's held up well for a few years now. This mount is similar: it's made of high-quality durable metal. It comes with a stabilizer and everything you need to mount the monitor. I bought this because my new monitor is an Acer SB242Y, which says on the Amazon listing that it's VESA compatible. It's not (though you can jury rig it with a couple of M4-0.7 X 8MM machine screws). It's also not compatible with this mount adapter, unfortunately. Acer SB242Y was not one of the models included in the listing description, but I gave it a shot just in case. Even though it didn't work for my monitor, customer service was friendly, fast, and helpful when I reached out to them with questions. The seller is ethical and the return process was very easy. If you're trying to figure out if this is the right mount for your monitor, you can email Support AT Humancentric DOT com with a photo of your monitor stand clip. It works but it wobbles a lot when typing. I don't think there is really anything you can do about this, since the monitor mount (what were you thinking Acer?) is at the bottom, so there is really no support at the top. There is a little post you can use to put some pressure in the center, but this does not really work that well. I have a ViewSonic monitor that has the standard mount in the center of the back and it BARELY wobbles, even when I am typing furiously. I am most likely going to get another monitor and sell this one.

Works great with my Acer monitor and my adjustable arm. Would not use it at 90 angle, as it's a push fit and might fall out. But monitor in landscape is fine.

Works well with my Acer G227HQL, i guess i'll have to be cautious when manipulating the screen because the metal pieces of the adapter are welded!

Product is good but price is bit high.
