Great start for slowing A1C
Purchased this 2 weeks ago. Of course you give things a chance & time. Since a week ago now, I finish maybe half the plate or store away for use now, food cravings is significantly down. I took out a small hot takeout to go. Everyone knows good food when you smell it...even the smell temptation was different. I wasn't in a rush to eat. No digestion issues noticed
