If you mean the difference from the Mack versus the Scania. The difference is in the truck cab. The Mack you can open the hood and it has an actual engine block too to play car repairs. The Mack also has storage compartments on the side and under on the flat bed that are useful for storing tools, work cones, hard hats, etc.

Can you add on the lights and sound? Does the cab top have a spot for this?

Yes. This truck does not come with Light and Sound but you need to purchase it separately to add to the truck. There is a spot on the top of the cabin for Light and Sound.
