Jordanian Zaatar Thyme (16 Oz)

Zaatar is made in so many forms - I found this one to be enjoyable although I do prefer a stronger intensity of flavor. This is such a matter of personal taste that I believe one has to simply try a variety of this middle eastern blend of spices to find the one they most prefer.

though very expensive it is a good spice mixture, smells fresh with a slight kick from sumac.
