What does the always remember the zero point, mean? if this is set and zeroed, can i turn it off and not need to re-zero it?

Hi. That means every time you turn on the device, it is absolute zero. You could set the zero point according to your need when you want to measure relative angle. While when you power it off and on again, the zero back to absolute zero. So you could turn it off for anu angle you wish.

How can i recalibrate this level?

The device has been pre-calibrated at the factory. It should only be recalibrated if it has been dropped.The recalibration instruction shown on manual.(1)Place the device on a flat and smooth surface, press "ON/OFF" button and "ZERO" at the same time, the calibration mode is activated and "-1-" will be displayed.(2)Press "ON/OFF" button again, "-1-" will flash briefly. Do not move until "-2-" display.(3)Rotate it 180Â° in the same location and press "ON/OFF" button, "-2-" will flash briefly. Do not move until the device has completed the calibration.(4)Calibration is done. The angle displayed on the device is the angle between the calibtaion plane and the horizontal plane.

Does this has magnets on all four sides?

It only have magnets on the bottom.
