I this product comes in a bag, not a case. The bag is approximately 11 1/2" wide x 13" high x 3 1/2" deep.

how is it lactose free if it has 1g of sugar?

The product is actually lactose free. It's a whey protein ISOLATE meaning it's refined. The sugar that's in the product more than likely does not come from milk and is from the sucralose and cocoa powder that they use
