Does the display stay permanently on or does it dim and go into sleep mode?

If it is connected to the mains electricity it remains on permanently although according to the manual it turns off a couple of times at night. I've not seen when! If used with just the batteries it only comes on when needed. It is a bright very clear screen.

Is the power lead included

Comes with a transformer to power main unit. Main unit can also run on just batteries outside sensor is just batteries

Does this unit support two outside sensors one for outside and one for inside the greenhouse so I can see remotely what and if so can I purchase them

It has, 3 external channels and can be set to cycle round all 3 or by manual selection. However you would have to get another sensor as it only comes with one. Hope that helps!

my kalawan weather station is plugged into mains but the light will not stay on rendering almost useless. how do i keep it on?

Send it back, get a new one. Ours is plugged in permanently and the screen remains lit
