Send it back. I somehow changed the code from 000 (not on purpose), How did I know that? I set it to 000 and it would not click lock. Another piece of Chinese made junk. I ended up buying a thick piece of cast iron plastic coated chain lock. Inconvenient yes, does it work? YES.

Can this be washed / submerged in water to clean it? if not, what is the best way to clean it?
