FX Alcohol Activated 12 Colors Makeup Palette

works great - and worth the price. the company video says you can’t use less than 99% iso alc to activate/remove but i used 99% and 71% and it was the same honestly. it is completely transfer proof when dry. if you’re looking to make it opaque, let the alcohol sit in the pan for a bit until the top layer looks creamy - it will feel a bit heavier on the skin but works great and still doesn’t transfer. it doesn’t dry as quickly as you’d think it would (for mixing colors) - once it’s on the skin, it will dry pretty quick! using for halloween on my hands - and for tattoo cover ups!

I've wanted an alcohol activated makeup palette for years but didn't want to spend the $100 for a skin illustrator one not knowing what I would really even use it for lol. I came across this one and decided to give it a try. I am NOT disappointed! Price was great and the quality is much better than I expected. It recommends 99% alcohol to activate but I missed the UPS guy with my order and so I tried it with 91% which is easily accessible from any pharmacy and it works perfectly with it (I don't know if there are any negative effects to the makeup over time but I can't imagine there would be). This stuff is truly water resistant.. Hell it's even SOAP and water resistant lol (I just wanted to test how easily it would come off). Alcohol takes it right back off like magic (alcohol can be very drying to the skin so you may want to follow removal with some lotion). If you're looking to try out some Alcohol activated makeup then I highly recommend you start here to get a feel for them! Would definitely repurchase!

I work for a haunted attraction year round so I get to play with all kinds of European Body Art alcohol pallets. I got asked to do makeup for a short film and needed to purchase my own so obviously I wanted a cheaper option (this is about a $30 dollar difference from the professional brands). This pallet worked like a dream and I was so proud of it! This is perfect for any bruising or scaring as well as aging. Very versatile color scheme. If you're just starting out with alcohol based makeup (or are on a tighter budget) start with this!

used this for a clown look. Was worried about the white and if it would show up or be too transparent but after two or three coats it was completely white. Stayed on all night. Pretty stoked on quick delivery and price. My skin was a little irritated the next day but it might be because of how I took it off. ( ^

This is the first time I’ve bought my own set as I usually borrowed from a friend. I make my own prosthetic as an actor on a haunted trail. I’ve used a bruise wheel in the past to color the mask but decided to up the game this year. I have to say, this is going to last forever! I was a bit hesitant to get it because of the cost but really, a little goes a long way. My friend has used her for three years now on a full staff of actors and there’s barely a dent in each color. Definitely worth the investment.

Tried this for a Halloween costume, and it was not easy to use. Plus, using alcohol with it was very odorous!

I’ve used some of the more expensive alcohol activated pallets and never had my own. I wanted to try one but didn’t want to spend the money in case I wasn’t into it. This one is great! A really decent deal and works just as well! Great entry level product!

This is a very nice pallet. It is different then other alcohol activated pallets that the colors become more opaque the more alcohol you add in the pan. To dilute you have to do that on a different surface, I just used lid. They are very true to color. Def exceeded my expectations. Hoping to try more products by company in future

I wanted to create a Halloween look that would last and that I could not sweat off. This palette worked great - the colours were vibrant and smudgeproof. With a little practice, I think it'll be even better. Because it was so good, taking it off was difficult. I'd definitely recommend getting the brand's remover as well or you'll be scrubbing with alcohol for a while!

I love this palette so far. I have a few skin illustrator palettes but was looking to try other similar brands at different price points. This one is great and I plan on purchasing the other color palette they have. It says to use with 90% alcohol but I use 70 and it works perfect. The colors are great and work well for all types of wounds, bruises and cuts. I highly recommend this

Je n'en reviens pas que pour ce prix j'ai une palette immense et une qualité comme celle-là !! Wow!! Meilleur achat amazon EVER! (ET NON, je ne suis pas payé pour dire ca.) Ca fait 10 ans que je suis dans le domaine, et sincèrement ca se travaille comme un charme!!! Bravo au créateur de cette palette!! 10/10!!

Item looks great but came broken with the box and palette broken and the makeup as well. Haven’t used them yet as they just arrived.
