My kids LOVE the JumpSlammer Basketball Hoop
This is one of the best things I have ever bought for my kids! They can play trampoline basketball for hours on end. The hoop itself wasn’t hard to put together in about half an hour, but I did need to have another adult help me attach it to our trampoline pole. It takes one person to hold the hoop/pole in place and another person to use the wrench and tighten the screws. I highly recommend using a ratchet and wrench to do this part instead of the little wrench tool that comes with the hoop. We have a 14 foot round Skywalker trampoline with poles and net enclosure. The JumpSlammer basketball hoop attached perfectly to a pole. After about a month of heavy use, the plastic rim part of our hoop broke. I emailed customer service and within a day the replacement part was in the mail at no cost to me. Highly recommend the Jump Slammer! This is so much fun and a great addition to our trampoline. The set comes with just one mini foam basketball, so I bought a few more Skilz foam basketballs so each one of my kids would have their own.

Has held up great and warranty is incredible
Bought this almost 3 years ago. Not only do the kids love it but it has been played daily by my kids and friends. This hoop has been outside attached to the trampoline through all 4 seasons we get in PA and has held up strong. Today we had our first issue and I was fully preparing to have to find a replacement, but decided to see if the company sold parts. The rim of the hoop cracked, then broke today while playing. I found my old order, found the customer service line to get a part and not only do they have the individual parts, they are sending it for free under their lifetime warranty. That was a great surprise to fix a well used “toy” at our house. Overall, great product, holds up well to extensive use and wearer, and the warranty/customer service were hands down some of the best I’ve come across in a long time. Highly recommend.

Good Quality; Good Price; Read Below for Assembly Tips
Overall a very sturdy, strong trampoline. Good price. ASSEMBLY: As many have stated the instructions are written in a combination of 16th century English and 3 year old toddler English, however I did not find assembly to be that difficult. It took two of us 3 hours and 1 whiskey to complete. Some tips: - Make sure to align the mat correctly (between #4 and #5 holes on the long side - 16 ft side of the oval - on one of the top long metal pieces labeled KEY 2) - Ensure you attach the net to the mat prior to doing all the springs! THIS IS IMPORTANT and will save you a long re-do later - Line up the net with the poles that will be added later ... I found that aligning the net door with one of the T-Junctions (large gold-colored connectors) ensures this happens. Here's the correct order of assembly regarding the above: 1) lay out the mat 2) lay out and connect the net to the mat 3) connect the mat to the frame using the springs 4) put on the pad over the springs 5) connect the net poles to the net 6) raise / put up the net poles

The kids love this and the warranty is the best!
My three kids loved their trampoline but even so something was missing. We got them this basketball hoop for Christmas 2020. Did not have any issues with install, other than the ties of the side nets didn't work perfectly with our particular trampoline. But that really didn't prove to be an issue because we just tied the ends to poles and that works just fine. The kids LOVE this hoop. It's been going strong for more than a year now and the interest is still there. One of my boys plays every single day. That is saying something, as we have an expensive basketball hoop in our driveway that he does not use. Added onto the fact that the kids love this hoop, their warranty is the best. This is not an inexpensive product, but the lifetime warranty on parts is worth it. My boys are rough on this, and they love to slam dunk. Eventually, the spring holding the rim up broke. A simple email to the company, and they are sending us a new rim and hoop and spring. Did not even make me send them pictures of the broken parts that companies typically require. We could not be happier with this product or this company. All companies should operate this way.

Easy To Assemble and Mount
I recently purchased the Trampoline Basketball hoop and was a little worried it wouldn't work with my trampoline’s curved poles. However, it fit great without any issues. The setup was straightforward and didn’t require any special tools. Once installed, the hoop performed exactly as described. It's sturdy and well-constructed, holding up with frequent use by both kids and adults.

Difficult and damaging product
This is extremely difficult to attach to the trampoline. Trying to balance it while attaching the brackets is tricky because it’s very heavy and you’ve got to have one arm holding it in place while trying to screw brackets on with the other arm, all while balancing precariously on the outside edge of your trampoline. The other down side to this product is that if you have any wind at all, it will catch the wind and literally bend your pole. Putting it up and taking it down is so hard that it’s a huge pain every time there is any wind to have to juggle that thing. Also, the u brackets will destroy your padding around your poles. If all that trouble is worth it to you, then go for it. Wish we could send it back, but it’s too late now.
