I start putting this stuff in my gas can towards the end of the season and never have problems starting following year. There is an expiration date though, so make sure you follow the guidance.

I can't determine if it works, but could determine if it badly fails to work. A recommended additive for cold climates and a vehicle stored with a partial empty gas tank. The bottle contains less than enough fluid for a full tank of common full size. It should be added to a near empty tank immediately prior to pumping in the gas. This is suggested on the instructions label.

I've long ago switched to dual-fuel (gasoline and propane) generators for outdoorsy stuff. I try to run nothing other than propane. BUT -- I've had times when I had no other choice than switching to gasoline. Unless I drain the tank after having to do that, that fuel is going to sit until I have an opportunity to use it up. STA-BIL really does help preserve the fuel and manage entrained water. Treated with it, I almost never see water or gunk when I sump drain the fuel tank.

Only need enough for 5 gals which was hard to find locally. This was the prefect size and at a good price.

I don't push my fuel stabilizer too much, as Gasoline is like milk, and goes bad REALLY fast. 10 gallons of Alcohol Free Gasoline stored in a warm shed in sealed metal container for 8 months. Temps were about 30F up to 105F. Poured it into a nearly empty 2020 vehicle...and...voila, It still burned with no issues. Couldn't tell a difference with fresh fuel. Not sure if I'd trust this for a year or more...but for 8 months it worked as advertised. A smaller plastic jug stored in same spot without stabilizer went bad (smelled horrible) and I poured it out for fear it would harm my injectors.

This item works great, however I wish I would have bought a larger container.

Anti ethanol. Since most of our older cars arent driven as much this helps in avoidinf ethanol related damage.

Just bought a couple of these. Using it with petrol I'm keeping in a jerry can for a lawnmower and generator. Hopefully it works and keeps the fuel fresh over the coming months and if needs be years.
