Is the resistance good enough for fit people ? Are you still happy with it ?

yes I am very happy with it and yes suitable for fit people

Does the bike come with some sort of warranty already (and how many years)?

Yes comes with one year warranty, but remember also has to be fit for purpose up to 5/6 years according to uk law (one of the sell of goods acts). So don't worry about buying additional warranties. The companies don't want you to know this. And they're not legally advised to tell you!!

Hi im 5.11 can i does it adjust to my length

yes the length of the seat can be adjusted, you have to raise or lower the seat to get the length you desire
