I am very happy with this product, I don't get yellow urine after taking it, that tells me more of it is going into my body not the toilet. Dr Mercola also made the percentages lower since vitamin B is water sailable, I actually take it twice a day morning and at night.

True vitamins. I switched to Dr. Mercola's B-Complex after discovering that many of the vitamins I've been taking are synthetic, as companies used to be reputable but have since sold out.

I've taken the Gummues and the liquid. I prefer the gummy which is tasty.

I rely on Mercola products every day! His wisdom about the chemistry of the body and his reflections on same are always a highlight for me. At 88 I am still energetic enough to move through a busy day (when I have to) without napping, and still have enough energy left over for evening activities (getting in bed being my favorite!). Be very careful when ordering this product, after few days of use I started to feel very bloated and with pain in my stomach and intestines. I do not recommend this product.
