I love Gatorade zero, lemon-lime I think is the most refreshing flavor of all and Amazon has it at a great price with fast shipping. Will keep you nice and dehydrated, especially in the heat

Gatorade Zero is a perfect choice for diabetics (zero carbs, will not raise blood sugar). Lemon-lime flavor is my favorite. Also good at summer when you can lose your electrolytes, Gatorade Zero to the rescue! A good source of electrolytes and can be literally a life saver! I like the 20 oz size bottles, easy to open and then I reuse them for milk etc. A 12-pack fits perfectly in my beach wagon purchased here on Amazon as well. It's a win-win! I highly recommend this drink to anyone! I am on a monthly subscription to this one and LaCroix Sparkling Water; both fit perfectly in my Beach Wagon that I purchased here on Amazon as well (partial quantity pictured).

I like no sugar added watching my sugar intake. Keep it next to bed instead of water. Lemon seems to clear my throat better.
