NeilMed Cleanse Sterile Saline Wound Wash, 6 Ounce

This actually helped me clean up a belly button infection after surgery. The doctors offered me some antibiotics but I really didnt like the type they offered (nasty side effects). I decided to try this first and am happy to say it worked and everything cleared up nicely.

It’s easy to use but omg the spray on the bottle is so powerful lol but it’s I’ve used it a few times on my piercing so I reordered it helps heal them very easily and it’s good for on the go in general this product is very easy and very good to use defo good if your piercing is fresh it gets all the crusty bits off

so helpful for when i had my tragus and conch pierced at the same time, making the saline solution was tiresome and long, just sprayed this on either directly on my ear or onto a cotton pad and held it there to let it soak!!

Convenient and easy to use! Is a good size and lasts a while, so good value for money. Effective at healing piercings.

I've bought this several times as it's been the best thing to clean my ear piercings with. It's a bit expensive and I agree with other reviews that it runs out VERY quickly (if you're cleaning twice a day, one can might last a little less than a week). I managed to get it on offer once for £5/can and wish I'd stocked up more!
