DUO Strip Eyelash Adhesive for Strip Lashes, Dark Tone, 0.25 oz, 1-Pack

I’ve been really happy with the quality of the DUO Strip Eyelash Adhesive. It has a smooth consistency and makes applying strip lashes much easier. I like the dark tone because it blends nicely with my eyeliner and lash line, giving the finished look a more seamless appearance. The adhesive provides a strong hold and keeps my eyelash strips securely in place throughout the day. It also gives me enough time to position the lashes properly before they fully set, which is especially helpful when applying them myself. I appreciate the quality of the ingredients and how dependable this lash glue is. It’s become a great addition to my makeup routine, especially when I want my strip lashes to stay put and look polished. Definitely a great option for anyone who wears false eyelashes regularly!

This stuff is great - keeps my lashes on all day, even after crying or sweating. They even held on while sitting in a hot tub for 30 minutes with mild steam coming up in my face. Easy to apply - just a thin strip and easy to peel off (although I will wash my face with the lashes on to give them a good cleaning and help soften the adhesive before pulling off). Washing like this makes it really easy to pull off the remaining adhesive from the lashes after using too. The black is nice as it helps blend into my natural lashes, giving it more of a feeling of thickness; dries quickly but not so much as I'm panicking to get them on.

This is the best eyelash glue I've tried! It's super easy to apply, not too thick, and since it's dark, it blends perfectly with any eyeliner or mascara. It dries quickly, and your lashes will stay on all night. Although the glue is strong and holds up well, it still comes off easily with any makeup remover and won't leave clumps all over your natural lashes. I highly recommend trying this lash glue out!

This stuff holds eyelashes on like no other and the black color ensures you don't have to worry about trying to conceal the glue. Dries quickly, holds well, thick but easy to work with, never had an irritation and a baby wipe removes it easily.

There are many complaints about the new duo glue. I am one of the people that complained and so I went to the company of an international sort that creates this product and the reason why they created it is for the convenience of the customer it dries faster it is actually more durable. There are some people that may be allergic and there are others that will not. I am one of the customers that can use it. I was very angry in the very beginning, but as I began to continue using it, I realized it’s actually an immense improvement to the old Dark tone duo in as much as it dries so fast you have to get it right up to your eye and on the lash base and work quickly, but that is a good thing because the other glue which I loved Took forever to dry . I had to sit there for a longer period of time to apply the lashes correctly. I’m very happy with it so far and I hope I don’t react to the product . This is for all the people out there that think they’re unhappy give it a moment or two and try protecting yourself and putting the lash higher on your eyelid so that you can avoid a reaction to the product. I am a total n00b when it comes to false eyelashes. I bought a bunch of different kinds of lashes and a few different brands of glue. I literally had no idea what glue to buy since I have very sensitive eyes but wanted glue that held the lashes firmly the whole time I had them on. When I first started trying to apply lashes. it was a big fail. I almost gave up. But then I decided to switch glues. I was using a cheaper brand and it didn't seem to stick at all. I got the Duo Lash Glue in the dark shade because some beauty guru on YouTube told me to. I tried it and, to my amazement, it worked great. I let the glue get tacky before applying the lashes and they actually stuck and stayed on! They didn't peel at the ends and the glue didn't flake. The dark glue worked for me because helped to bridge the gap between the fake lash band and my own lashline. I am not yet at the point where I can get the lashes perfectly on my lashline. I wear black eyeliner so it blends right in. So, yeah. This is great stuff. Expensive for a little tube but it works and that is what matters. I had no sensitivity either. I will buy some clear Duo glue as well to see how that works and looks. I think I will stick with this brand since I know it works. Cheaper ones may but they also may not. And they could irritate my eyes and I know this brand doesn't. So 5 stars to this glue for helping me finally achieve the lush looking lashes I have always wanted but wasn't born with.

What a change. For YEARS I have told myself I simply am not able to wear eyelashes. Every attempt I've ever made- failed. Even the subjectively successful ones ended up with the lashes coming off my eyelash and having me look like a humanoid moth or something crazy. I figured I was just the problem or maybe the lash was too stiff even if I did all I could to make it flexible. Nope. Still failures. All the youtube tutorials showing how easy it was couldn't fix a thing. So finally I did a little more research as to WHY putting eyelashes might be difficult and adhesive was the number one stated factor! Everywhere I went, everyone I talked to, everything I read, Duo was the most commonly recommended adhesive. And now that I own some (two, just to be safe) I can see it really is the biggest factor in successfully putting on lashes! It's a freaking miracle! I ordered some Ardell Invisibands here on Amazon just to at least practice with them and before my Duo arrived, I used this clear swipe on adhesive. Didn't dry flexible, it was horrible, those babies were coming off my eyes in less than a couple of hours and I took them off. Next day, I tried some Ardell. Saaaame failure. FINALLY DUO ARRIVES! I squeeze just a little bit and PHEW, does this stuff stink when its wet. Smells like urine and Hell. But the scent quickly dissipated when I wiped it on the lash's band line. 25 seconds pass and I get ready hoping for the best and put that lash onto my lid's edge! My hands were a little shaky so the application wasn't perfect, but it was good enough. I go to work.. and the whole day, the lashes HAVE. NOT. BUDGED. It's a miracle! Later that night, I take it off with surprising ease and remove the glue from the lash in one solid string! The miracle then happens the next day, and the next, and the next, and now I'm putting on lashes like it's nothing!! 1, I am so freaking proud of myself and 2, THIS STUFF IS AWESOME! Seriously everyone, if you're new to lashes, GET THE ADHESIVE ON POINT! Duo is freaking spectacular!!

All of the comments about this product are from newbie lash wearers who are thrilled at finding non-irritating glue in a dark tone. DUO is great. This formula is great but it is NOT WATERPROOF. I ordered it from housewares and received the kind that can be purchased at any CVS or beauty supply (for cheaper and much faster). When I contacted the vendor he abruptly offered to send me proof from the vendor that they no longer market this formula as waterproof but it was the same formula. Vendor was rude and wrongly assumed that this meant that the product was still waterproof. If it was, it would always be labeled with that sales point. I suspect that Duo got lots of complaints from selling the same formula as waterproof, when it was definitely not. If you just want DUO ark toned lash adhesive, buy that but don't be suckered into purchasing a more expensive version by this falsely labeled ad for waterproof eyelash adhesive from Housewares. Go to a local drug store or beauty supply and save time (a and possibly money.) If you have allergies or are worried about heading to a wedding where you might get weepy, be forewarned... this lash glue does not have any special waterproof staying power as it is labeled. It should be illegal to market it as such, but hey, I guess they have gotten away with it since August 2013 so why stop now? When I wrote to the vendor about this they were insulting and rude saying that other customers were happy with their purchases. They went out of their way in their email to be condescending even going so far as to say " I would much rather be honest and direct rather than coddle my customer's as if they were extremely sensitive children. I'd rather interact with my customer's as we were adults doing business." Not sure how asking that they don't falsely represent a product is making me like a sensitive child who needs to be coddled." This review is how adults respond.

Very good glue. Be careful she squeezing as a lot can come out. Gives an additional depth and drama on top of your eyeliner. I prefer this to the clear adhesive.

This is the only lash glue I’d use. It last forever and easy to use. You will get lost of use out of this tub as you don’t need much to put on.
