Nothing beats a centre stand... But if you don't want a paddock stand this is a reasonable solution. If your tyre is near or at maximum limit for the product. Go for the larger one. You need to be careful and maybe stick a solid bit of wood under the side stand. It's a solid product with good rubber feet underneath which seems bonded to the metal pretty well. The rollers seem smooth and on silent bearings. It's easy to use, just be safe. The tyre does rotate and does do the job for basic chain maintenance.

Deceptively good . I like that its so portable and as such a must for bikers going on tour who want to service the bike /oil the chain and all without taking up much room . I used it on a number of bikes including a heavy old bruiser ZZR1400 so it can take the weight.

What a clever tool! Makes lubricating the chain on my 698 Ducati mono really easy and quick. I put a piece of cardboard below where I am oiling the chain to collect any oil drips . Very pleased with this purchase.

It works but I found that unless I managed to get the back wheel onto it *just right* then the wheel would move to the side on the roller as I turned the wheel and I was always nervous that it was going to drop off. Bought a paddock stand in the end.

I bought this for when oiling my bike chain & cassette as on my bike, rotating the pedals backwards doesn't turn my wheel, cassette & chain. I haven't got a maintenance stand as yet & thought this might do the trick by rotating it forwards. It does the job but it's better for motorbikes that don't have a centre stand as they are heavier. As mountain bikes are too light in comparison it takes a bit of faffing with. Does the job but I'll probably look for a maintenance stand.

Brilliant - I needed a solution to a gear on a cycle that needed shifting by a client unused to using modern handlebar gear shifts. We used this great roller and in a matter of minutes the client was able to shift through the cassette gears without a problem. Money well spent and superfast delivery.

Ho acquistato il Rullo per pulizia ruote moto e sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto. È molto comodo: ci ho messo sopra una moto da 200 kg senza problemi e funziona perfettamente. Da unsere Maschine keinen Zentralständer hat, haben wir für die Kettenpflege dieses Werkzeug gekauft. Und es ist eine große Hilfe, man kann bequem das Rad drehen. Wir haben eine 125er - dafür passte die Größe Medium sehr gut.

Lo utilizo para poner aceite en la cadena de una Triumph Street Triple. Es genial. Una vez colocada sobre los rodillos hay que desplazar suavemente la rueda, se puede hacer con una sola mano. Si se hace muy rápido, se desliza lateralmente sobre los rodillos y puede salirse. Para el mantenimiento esporádico de la cadena es muy recomendable.
