My 6 year old twins take these everyday! It helps a lot with preventing ear infections, which they are prone to. It was recommended to us by their pediatrician, actually. They are 6 years old now and have been taking them consistently since they were 2 or 3. We definitely have noticed that their sinuses and ears get clogged up if they haven’t been taking them.
