Great boot if you can find your size! I am an adult woman with a petite frame. I ordered this boot 3 times in different sizes since I could not find my correct size. I normally wear a women’s shoe size of 5 or 6. In kids I can typically wear a 4 or 5. My first attempt, I ordered a 4.5. It was super big. My second attempt I ordered a 3.5. It was still very big. For reference, my mother who wears a size 7 in women’s could fit into the youth 3.5. My third attempt, I ordered a 3. The 3 was ok. Still loose but workable with thick socks and a shoe insert. I think I’m going to keep the 3, but next time I will definitely try a 2.5. I just got tired of going in to make a return. The boot itself looks good quality. The sizing is just really different.

I'm so glad I chose these little cowgirl boots instead of the Roper ones. Actually, I purchased both and decided to go with these because they were real leather--smelled so good--and were of better quality too. Rubber soled and nonslip so perfect for a little five-year-old.

The boots were soft and unblemished leather, beautiful appearance & feel. This style was too generous in the depth of the vamp and width of ankle, even with added innersole and boot sock, just too much for recipient. Return easy. Recommend the vendor's customer friendly practice & boots for heftier feet/ankles!

I have twins that needed cowboy boots for a wedding and one always need a wide width. I worried I wouldn’t be able to find the same shoe in both regular and wide width so I was ecstatic when I found these. Then they arrived and we couldn’t be happier! These are amazing quality and worth every penny! My daughter tends to drag her toes and quickly damages the toes on shoes....not on these! They’ve held up perfectly and will be passed down to her sister and brother as they are gender neutral! Last winter I made the mistake of being cheap and buying a pair of cowboy boots at Walmart since my daughter outgrow these . After 1 winter the toes are badly damaged and the heel has a Hooke. This winter, I’ll spend the extra to purchase these boots again as I know they’ll last and remain looking great! Also, when we first ordered my daughter hit a growth spurt between receiving them and the wedding and I was able to easily and quickly return and order a size up! Very pleased customer! Thank you!

I bought these shoes for my 8 year old daughter. She'd never had a pair of boots and her sneakers are size 3. I decided to go a bit big and I'm glad I did. She DOES wear two pairs of acrylic knee socks with these boots, but they aren't that big. I in NO WAY wanted these boots to be tight, that's what I was trying to avoid. She doesn't scuff them around (you know how kids kind of drag their feet when their shoes are too big) or anything. She wore them ALL day the first day and I even brought her sneakers to school just in case but she was fine by the time she got home. No blisters or anything. She LOVES them. They are darling boots and look adult. She certainly didn't want anything with pink on them....she wanted something that would look like a big girl. There is a bit of a heel on them and she's never worn a heel before, but she wears them like a pro. They didn't matter to her at all. No problem. they shipped very quickly and I would like to purchase another pair once she gets too big for these. She's worn them a week now in rain and in sun. Highly recommend.

Update: We just purchased our second pair of boots for my son. Not because they didn't last, but because he's a growing boy and needed a larger size. His first pair still have life in them surprisingly, and this is after heavy everyday use for the last year. We live in the mid west, so they have seen mud, rain, and snow. No tears, rips, or holes in the real leather. These are great quality boots and will be my go to brand till he outgrows the sizing available. My son normally wears a pointed toe boot. They were getting small and falling apart so I ordered a half size up. Being that the toes on this boot is more rounded, I should have ordered the same size. It gives more room so they are bigger. As for the quality, they are great. Well made and no flaws in the construction of the boot. The leather shaft was bent in the box, so we needed to do a couple over night "break in" techniques with rubber bands so that it would not rub his calfs or ankles. But this was something I was planning on doing anyway. Anyone who has bought a leather boot before should know that you should do that to help the fit and wear of the boot before use.

I bought theses boots because they said leather. The uppers are leather but the bottoms are man made. So disappointed. Very misleading description.

I ordered men's boots, and I got them for a boy. A complete disappointment, because it was supposed to be a gift.
