Forgiven (Baxter Family Drama--Firstborn Series)

The characters in the Baxter family are so relatable to my family and friends. The faith component woven into each and every book and character are beautiful in their brokenness and their wholeness. God is good!

As with others in this series, it is great. This book helps you see love at its best and how forgiveness is the one thing we must do for God. He forgave us and we must also forgive. We also must love others and our family. You will cry and feel love so awesomely that your heart will swell. This is a book you can't put down. Sometimes the hardest person to forgive is ourselves, this book points that out. We must love others and commit to loving and serving God. Well written and exciting.

This book is part of 4 books in the series. It is so well written with interesting story lines. I recommend reading all the Baxter family series starting with the very first book.

Well written. T he writer told the story in such a way that you put yourself in the place of the characters. Through prayer and God's Word the children's hearts were melted and they learned to care about the young man who had caused the tragedy. Forgiveness is something we all.must learn to do because God freely forgives.

Was a good compliment to the first in Firstborn series, Fame. Looking forward to Found in Series. Audio book is Abridged so keep that in mind.

Karen Kingsbury has a way to open your eyes to God's ways in your life without you even realizing it by writing stories that grip your heart. Each novel keeps me interested and wanted to read more and more. She has enabled me to examine my faith and life and my relationship to the Lord. I realize that each member of my family is precious, and that without the Lord in our lives, life is pretty meaningless. Patience is key - realize that our time is not always in sinc with Gods.

This book and this series was something that I so enjoyed. The story pulls you into the family and the trials that they go through, you can relate to them. Through this book and series, I was reminded of all the awesome things that God can do in our lives, and even when they don't turn out the way we want them, God is still loving us and in control. I read all 14 of the Baxter books in 30 days and was so sad when I finally finished the last book. However, I have moved on to the "Above the Line" series and it is nice that we still get peeks of the Baxter family. I had borrowed several of these books from the library when I was reading them, but I think that I will actually end up buying them for my Kindle so I can read them again. It's definitely a keeper and I would recommend it to anyone, especially those who are going through tough times and need to be reminded of the hope in Jesus Christ.

Great story to read about, keeps you interested and hard to put down. Very intriguing, tears fall alot but such a great story line . Thank you

Loved how the group wax able to forgive Jermey for the accident that killed their two friends, the accident being a result of drunk driving. My mother in law had a drinking problem, I think I can now forgive her for all the unpleasant thing she caused my family to endure

Love these books, will continue to read them every couple of years All of the four series and now also have the other 2 Baxter family books to read

This is the 6th book in a series of 9 and you will have to read all of the books starting with the first one. Truly wonderful reading.

Really good read. Once I started this book I could not leave it down. I have read a lot of Karen Kingsbury books they all have a great story of God's work in everyone's life's.

Just beautifully written and thought-provoking about the real power in forgiveness and how it can release so much of what is locked inside of us. I love Karen's books
